Right now? No reason.
Call of Haste lasts longer, costs less, has bigger boost to movement and attack speed and doesn't require a PvE slot or a Sunspear rank at all.

Maintainable IAS for you and your pet.
And, there's +3 health regen. :/

Because it's almost Rampage as One, but now you have the elite slot free for other neat stuff.

It has a high energy cost, and i think there are better options for an IAS. Who cares about your pet's attack speed? if you bring a pet you bring it for tanking. The +3 hp regen is nothing.

It's not that expensive really. With 13/14 expertise it costs 7 energy. The same as Apply Poison which lasts more or less the same too. NRA is nice when you have some bow-attacks. If you'd have non of that, then it's probably better to choose Call of Haste.

Yeah bro cause pets are the best targeters
It's used for fun mostly.
Not too expensive, free IAS, free regen, upkeepable, not a stance.

I bring it on every build involving a pet,its permanent IAS for both pet and player,so its really useful, easily mantainable(c'mon, who doesnt have at least r7 SS??) and allows your pet to stay alive abit longer so it doesnt disable ur skills
Also, remember you can/should use other weapons with a pet, especially warrior ones since they are mostly adrenal and you can freely spam pet skills and pve skills with perma IAS.

Everyone knows that you can only use Battlerage on a RAGEMENDER.

Gives you and your pet a permanent 25% IAS for 15e every 25 secs which is a pretty good reason. Exp will prolly reduce that to 10/11 if your running something like BM/Spear/Exp
The +3 regen is okay for a minor heal but its just an added bonus.
I have been using it on most of my BM Spear builds although I will prolly drop it for a pet only ias/attack skill and use candy for my own IAS shortly

You may have a different approach or playstyle, but if you can't see the possible benefits of a maintainable IAS and +3 health regen for you and your pet, no one is going to be able to explain it to you.

Perma IAS for player and pet. That's got "win" written all over it right for BM builds. Call of Haste is only your pet. +25% for 2 attackers is better than +33% for 1 attacker.

It's really a 6 >>>>>> a second and 50% ias bonus which last a long time and should be easily maintained by a ranger.

The skill was originally made to replace RaO after the nerfing of that elite, due to it's impact on GvG/HA. RaO was THE skill of choice at the time when you wanted a pressure build that KD'd like a warrior, or dare I say better than a warrior hammer build could do, thanks to expertise. I still like RaO, but the PvE alternative is better for what is was made for. PvE. If you don't need to run anywhere, it works far better in PvE than RaO does currently, thanks to the regen.
Overall, cost and usage are comparable, except 1 gives a speed boost(RaO), and the other gives the health regeneration(NRA).

Mending is pro. Mending for you and your pet is even moar proer. The IAS is just icing on the cake.
@Grammar, most pet builds use Feral Aggression, which also provides +13 damage per pet attack.

Except possibly the elites, there are none that can match it. It has a lower energy cost (per second use) then most other IAS skills and it is a skill and not a stance (nor a preparation) which leaves you free to add a stance (or preparation).
